Counterflow Heat Exchanger
YXH-01-SH35 Heat Exchanger applied to airproof cabinet of
electronic equipment. It is ensured heat emission of the airproof
cabinet, meanwhile supply best airproof and three-prevent ability.
YXH-01-SH35 Heat Exchanger installed in back of airproof cabinet.
It discharge the inner heat to outside through heat exchanger core.
This can ensure heat emission of inner airproof cabinet. It also
could insulate with unfavourable factor, such as humidity,
salt-fog, mildew and so on, that could ensure equipment working
well also on bad environment.
The shell material adopt alloy aluminum plate, and 6mm deep of
alluminum of flange which linked with cabinet, that ensure the
airproof intensity of flange link. The surface of structure parts
after oxidation treatment, and static painting powder which for
outdoor use. Internal airproof structure adopt silicone rubber
sealant, and the material of heat exchanger core adopt red copper
foil and -surface already treated with anti-corrupt. So, it is well
to meet bad environment.

3. Control Function
The control function finished by control panel which made of MPU.
Put the panel in the return air of internal circulating. According
temperature sensor of control panel to gather reture air
temperature, and control system to control rotation speed of
internal and external circulating fan. And then arrived best heat
4. Power on and Move
We must remove proofdust cover in exhaust window of extarnal
circulating before power on. Please remove the M5 screw which under
cover, then move cover to 2~3mm distant according to arrowhead, at
last to remove it.
AMP350767 connector in the left of inside is a power interface. It
is DC 24V.
1 feed of power soket, first hole from left is a anode. 2 feed of
power soket, midle hole is a cathode. The Eath end could link with
eath point in the cabinet.
After power on, it have some time to detect and then running. If
running, we could seen by reture air door of internal circulating
and green LED, in the control panel, is flash. If red LED, that in
the left of green LED, is on means have some wrong. Please maintain
the equipment on time.
Note: Itself have DC/DC power which change 24V with 48V, and input
voltage is 24V DC and working voltage is 48V DC. DC/DC power
installed in the external circulating fan.
